Each cabin is available at a nightly rate, with discounted weekly and monthly rates. We accept check, cash, credit and debit payments. No deposit required.

CANCELLATIONS: $25.00 charge when we are not notified of your cancellation within 7 days of the first date of your reservation.

We provide all bedding and towels. Please contact us with any replacement and refill needs during your stay.

Before check out: 

Please straighten up your cabin, put clean dishes away, and fill out our comment card. 

Each cabin has a number on or near the door.

Deluxe Cabin parking is located directly across from the cabins. Beside each Rustic Cabin there is a matching numbered parking spot. (Extra parking available upon request between Cabin 5 and Fish House.)

Upon arrival, scheduled guests will find your reserved cabin prepared for your visit with the porch light on and the door unlocked. 

Please make yourself at home!

On the side of your Host's home, opposite from the side nearest the Bait Shop, there is a door marked "OFFICE" which leads to a screened in entryway. Please enter the screened-in "OFFICE" and knock on the house door for a  Host to meet and assist you.

NOTE: We have 4 labs which may need wrangling before we can reach the door.

 Free WIFI is available with the password provided within each cabin.

We appreciate your patience while we proactively work to improve the quality of our WIFI... Out here in the wilderness. 

NOTE: The cell towers in our area have limits beyond our control.

 Water heaters are on demand. For best results turn handles straight up to hot and then adjust to desired temperature. 

BE CAREFUL THE WATER DOES GET HOT!

NOTE: In Rustic Cabins, when showering, make small adjustments to balance  the water temperature.

All cabins are heated with propane.

Deluxe Cabins have thermostats to adjust the temperature during your stay.

Rustic Cabins each have a vent free wall mount propane heater. Instructions are on each unit for igniting and adjusting the flame/heat level.

Please NO grease, cigarette butts, coffee grounds, foreign or hygiene items in drains or toilets. 

Help prevent overflow: Check toilet to make sure it finished running and minimize running water use in sinks.

NOTE: We have 2 separate septic tanks; one for Rustic Cabins 3, 4, 5 and a second for the rest of the property. Should your party reserve a  mixture of Deluxe and Rustic cabins, please help ease the stress on our septic tanks – spread the use of all available bathroom and kitchen amenities between each of the cabins rented during your stay. Thank you!

Bag all garbage in the plastic bags provided and place outside your cabin door for pick up or throw in dumpster.

Dumpster is located at the North end of the property near the Fish House. 

If you need more bags, please message one of your Hosts.

Smoking of tobacco products in cabins will result in $150 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. 

ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH. 

Do not leave pets alone in cabins. Guests are responsible for any damage. Exercise your pets by the wood line. Please pick up after your pets. Pooper scooper available upon request.

At any point we have a number of goats, chickens, and ducks on our property. 

We welcome guests to visit Matilda and her son Thunder in their goat pen to the left of your Host's house. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 

While tucked away, guests are encouraged to ask us about fresh chicken and duck eggs during your stay!

Open 24 hours for your convenience. Located on the right side of Host’s house. Ice, bait, & fishing supplies available. Bait is restocked weekly. 

We accept special orders prior to arrival. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult. *Michigan state law requires all fishers to have a valid and current fishing license.*

Open 24 hours for your convenience to gut, skin, and clean your catch. Located on the North side of property. Place animal remains in plastic bags and seal in freezer to deter animals from feasting.

Call 911 immediately with any life threatening emergency, if a UFO has landed on the property, or Bigfoot has found you.

At any given time, we have a variety of animals living on our property. Among them are our 4 talkative and friendly labs; Parents Zeus & Athena and their pups, Neptune & Poseidon.
